My name is Valerie Winter. I am a commissioned Ohio Notary Public serving since 1991. I can assist you in your notarial needs within the full extent of the commission granted to me by the State of Ohio. I am not an attorney and I do not provide legal advice. I offer traditional in-person services, mobile services and remote online services. The costs for my services are reasonable and affordable as prescribed by Ohio law. Services covered are auto titles - affidavits -bank documents -acknowledgements/jurats/verifications - travel consents - residential affidavits - school forms - i9verification -and more. I am a member of The National Notary Association and insured through the National Notary Association. I am detail oriented and as an Officer of the State of Ohio, I adhere to the highest of ethical standards and confidentiality for every transaction.

Preparing for your appointment
What you will need:

A valid, government issued photo ID that is active

Be sure to have all of the documents that need to be notarized with you. ​

If the service is an online transaction, signer must be able to provide electronic images in JPEG, JPG, and PDF file formats that will be uploaded through a secure notary platform.

Be sure the documents are complete and ready for signature. Do NOT sign the document before your appointment. Signing the document(s) must be done in the presence and sight of the notary public.

Some documents may require signature witnesses in addition to notarization. If the signer does not have their own witnesses, the notary can recruit witnesses at a small fee prior to the signing appointment.
